Refund and Return Policy

At Playsculpt, every collectible is created and packaged with care. Because of the limited and premium nature of our products, we follow a clear return and refund policy.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Pre‑orders, deposits, and limited‑edition items are non‑returnable, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered under the following conditions:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • The product is proven to be defective.

To request a refund, please email support@playsculpt.in within 7 days of delivery, including your order details and clear photographs of the issue.

Refund Mode

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout (Razorpay, PayU, card, UPI).
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges and deposit amounts are non‑refundable.

Conditions

  • Items returned must be in unused condition with all original packaging.
  • Playsculpt reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests after inspection.
  • Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or customer preference.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If approved, you may reorder the item once your refund is processed.

Playsculpt may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date.
