At Playsculpt, we understand that plans may change. However, because our collectibles are limited and crafted with care, we follow a strict cancellation policy.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
• For pre‑orders or items requiring a deposit, cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of placing the order. In such cases, the deposit amount will be deducted and is non‑refundable.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please email support@playsculpt.in with your order details within the applicable cancellation window.
