Once the sculpt is finalized, it is 3D printed to create the first physical prototype. This prototype is tested to ensure structural integrity, balance, and that every element works as intended before moving forward.
A paint prototype is then developed, where colors, finishes, and surface treatments are applied. This step helps us visualize how the final piece will look and ensures the palette resonates with the intended mood.
The approved prototype is molded, demolded, and cast in archival‑grade resin. This process captures even the finest details, preserving the artistry of the original sculpt
Each cast is hand‑finished and painted with precision. Layers of pigment, polish, and detailing bring the sculpture to life, transforming it into a collector‑grade artifact.
Packaging is designed with equal care as the sculpture itself, ensuring the piece arrives safely and intact. Every decision—from product placement and orientation to the amount of cushioning—is made with transit conditions in mind.
